Attention Owners/Landlords
Our company has been in the business of placing competent tenants for landlord's properties for over five years and have full time dedicated agents renting properties on behalf of owners, we do not sell homes or condominiums we strictly rent. Owners have the final say on all prospective tenants.
Here are some of the services we provide our landlords:
- Personal/Business Credit checks
- Court checks (If ever in Landlord/Tenant Court for Eviction or Damages Etc...)
- Provide you with a complete tenant work history profile
- Complete leases to your specifications
- Show the property to prospective tenants
- Advertising your property so that it gets maximum coverage Ex. Newspapers & Internet
- You have the final say on approval of prospective tenants.
- This is a one time fee even if renters renew their lease.
- If a tenant is late with their rent payment, we handle all paper work, including the eviction procedures. Owners only pay for the court costs.
The cost is Last Month's rent. You are provided with a receipt which is tax deductible.
