We understand that as a Property Owner or Landlord you take pride in ownership of your property and we want to provide a good quality service that will make you feel comfortable with your prospective tenants.
Our company has been in the business of placing competent, qualified tenants in owners and landlord's properties since 1999. Our company has full time dedicated agents renting properties on behalf of owners, we do not sell homes or condominiums we strictly rent. Owners have the final say on all prospective tenants.

- Rental Court Check (If ever in Landlord/Tenant Court for Eviction or Damages Etc...)
- Provide you with a complete tenant work history profile
- Provide you with a copy of the Tenants Pay Stub and a letter of Employment

- Show the property to prospective tenants
- Advertising your property so that it gets maximum coverage Ex. Newspapers & Internet
- You have the final say on approval of prospective tenants.
- This is a one time fee even if renters renew their lease.
- If any problems arise during the tenancy we continue on in an effort to help rectify any situation and give you our experienced advise. As well as help you with steps you may need to take with the Rental Tribunal.
